Grateful Tips

Seeing all the shiny Holiday lights sure does bring a smile to my face!    
When stuck in a BIG traffic jam and you are running late, take a deep breath and remember some of the good things that have happened today. Realize one event does not have to spoil the rest of the day.    
When you feel like everything has gone wrong, begin to be grateful for your breath. Stop and take several deep breaths. You are still here for a reason.
